I am of the opinion that, this application can be partly allowed.

Application is partly allowed.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant, on the claimants' furnishing an undertaking to the effect that in case any adverse orders are passed by this Court, the claimants shall abide by the same and if the need arises, the claimant shall also refund the amount so allowed to be withdrawn, together with the interest, if directed by this Court.
