We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition,granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government, in terms of Government Resolution dated 21st Sept. 2017 in the form of seeking condonation of delay in seeking grant of compassionate appointment.

In case, if a request is made by the petitioner, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on the issue of condonation of delay within a period of three months from today from the receipt of the request. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
