Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.108 of 2017 registered against the applicants and other accused for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail.

The accusations against the applicants are that consequent to quarrel which took place on 21st May, 2017, when the complainant was going on his motorcycle on 23rd May, 2017, the accused stopped the complainant, assaulted him and set the motorcycle of the complainant ablaze. The facts on record show that there is earlier complaint filed by Ramdas Billewar (person from group of the present applicants) on the basis of which Crime No.107 of 2017 is registered.

In Crime No.108/2017, Ramdas Billewar is shown as accused along with the applicants. By the order passed by this Court on 3rd July, 2017 the non-applicant is directed to release Ramdas Ramkisan Billewar on bail.

2 aba530.17 Some accused in Crime No. 107 of 2017 are also released on bail.

The copy of say given by the Investigating Agency before the Sessions Court is filed alongwith this application. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of the applicants is required for investigation. The applicants have stated that they are not involved in any other crime/ offence.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed: In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.108 of 2017, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand each.

The application is allowed accordingly.
