Permission is granted.

Cheque no.155846 for an amount of Rs.3,80,05,802/- is permitted to be deposited. However, the same shall be deposited before the Executing Court. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in Civil Application No.1826/2022 are hereby allowed to withdraw 50% amount so deposited before the Executing Court on furnishing usual undertaking that if the appellants would succeed in the matter, they will refund as per final order and further allowed to withdraw 25% of amount of total compensation on furnishing surety. The sureties will be furnished as per satisfaction of the Executing Court.
