DATE : 30/08/2022 It is submitted that the entire decreetal amount is deposited in Executing Court on 25/08/2022. There is an application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation vide Civil Application No.1827/2022. In view of the fact that entire decreetal amount is deposited, Civil Application No.1962/2022 is allowed. The effect, operation and execution of the order and decree dated 18/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority is hereby stayed. Accordingly, Civil Application No.1962/2022 is disposed of.

912 b 392-2022.odt The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in Civil Application No.1827/2022 are hereby allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount so deposited before the Executing Court on furnishing usual undertaking that if the appellants would succeed in the matter, they will refund as per final order and further allowed to withdraw 25% of amount of total compensation on furnishing surety. The sureties will be furnished as per satisfaction of the Executing Court. The applications are disposed of.
