As the Misc. Civil Application St. No. 23676/2014 praying for restoration of writ petition was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections, without issuing notice to the respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing Misc. Civil Application St.No.16486 of 2015 is condoned. M.C.A. St.No.16486 of 2015 is restored. Civil Application is allowed. MCA ST. NO. 16486/2015.

For the same reasons, as stated above, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 12th February, 2015 is set aside and the Misc. Civil Application No. 94 of 2015 is restored. The MCA is allowed.

As the registration of the writ petition was rejected for non-removal of office objections, without issuing notice to the respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 12th February, 2015 is set aside. The Writ Petition No. 2544 of 2014 is restored.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.One Thousand to be deposited by the petitioners with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
