DATE D : 20/08/2024 Present application is filed for grant of permission to add beneficiary candidates as party respondents. The proposed respondent Nos.6 to 32 are beneficiary candidates vide impugned order dated 16/03/2022, respondent No.33 is the beneficiary candidate vide impugned order dated 12/12/2022, whereas respondent Nos.34 to 48 are beneficiary candidates vide impugned order dated 13/12/2022. As such, application is allowed. 2.

The petitioners are permitted to implead the parties.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.

The application stands disposed of.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the

2 18 wp 4553-2023 newly added respondents, returnable within two weeks. 6.

Learned Counsel for petitioners is allowed to serve the added respondents through respondent No.2 i.e. the Commissioner/ Director, Directorate of Municipal Administrative, Mumbai.

If added respondents for any reason would not be served through respondent No.2, the petitioner will require to serve individually to the respondents.
