An order passed by the Civil Court in Special Civil Suit No.222/1992 pertaining to exhibition of a document was challenged in Writ Petition No.4939/2011 against which order the present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed. In view of the decision in the case of Ramdayal G. Khandelwal Vs. Mhendra B. Khandelwal and others, reported in 2021 (4) Mh.L.J. 653, the Letters Patent Appeal is not maintainable. It is accordingly disposed of.

It is open for the appellants to challenge the order passed in Writ Petition No.4939/2011 in accordance with law. The points raised in the appeal are kept open. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Choulwar
