DATED : 11/03/2021 The Appellant has filed Pursis for withdrawal of the Appeal. Learned Counsel for the Appellant stats that the Appellant be permitted to withdraw the Appeal with refund of court fee.

He submits that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited and that the same will be disbursed to the Claimants.

In the light of the said statements made in the Pursis as well as by learned Counsel for the Appellant, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Court fee permissible under Rules be refunded.

5.

The 60% of the amount deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company, along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, be invested in equal proportion in the name of Claimant nos.1 and 2 being a minor, in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of 6 years

2 10 fa 1294.2019 with further renewal till such time they attains the age of majority and 30% be paid to the Claimant no.3 - Shyamrao Ramdas Kurhade and 10% be paid to Claimant No.4 - Smt. Sitabai Shankar Kurhade with proportionate interest accrued thereon.
