Shri V.R. Choudhari, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would not press the other prayers made in the Writ Petition and would restrict the prayer only for a direction to the respondent no.2 -Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time frame. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, if not decided earlier, as expeditiously as possible and positively within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 13 th April, 2015
