Issue notice to the non-applicants/ respondents. The non-applicants/respondents may file their reply/ affidavit, if so advised, till 18th June, 2018. List the application for further consideration on 29th June, 2018.

The learned advocate for the applicant/ appellant states that copy of the memo of appeal will also be supplied to be served on the non-applicants/ respondents along with the civil application.

There shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause(i) of the civil application, until further orders, however, on condition that the applicant/ appellant deposits

2 caf1182.18 entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 11th June, 2018.

If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate from 12th June, 2018 and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
