Civil Application (CAF) No.2516/2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i), which reads as under :- "(i) Direct the Nazir Section of this Hon'ble Court to transfer the equal share of respondent No.1 to 4 in account No.06040100027541 and share of respondent No.6 in account No.06040100027542."

The registry to take note the withdrawal of only 50% of the amount has been permitted to be withdrawn in this case.

Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
