In the similar application filed by co-accused i.e. husband of the applicant herein, today this Court has passed an order modifying and relaxing the condition. Hence, for the reasons stated in the order passed today in Criminal Application (APPP) No. 1241 of 2019, the present application is allowed. Accordingly, instead of the applicant remaining present before the Investigating ofÏcer on every second and fourth Sunday of the month, she shall make herself available before the Investigating OfÏcer as and when required.
