The prayer is opposed by non-applicant no. 1 by filing reply in which it is stated that the reasons assigned are not sufficient.

Having perused the application for condonation of delay as well as the additional affidavit, I do not find that the delay has been caused deliberately. Hence, delay stands condoned.
