Heard Shri A.V. Palshikar, the learned Advocate for the applicant, Shri Amol Darekar, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.1 and Ms. Maldhure, the learned AGP for the non-applicant nos.2 and 3.
Though the reasons given in the application are lacking in some necessary details, considering the facts stated in the application and considering the fact that the application is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as reply is not filed to it, the civil application is allowed. The applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 1000/- to the learned Advocate for the applicant no.1 till 30th January, 2015. F.A. St. No.15923/2013 The appeal is taken up for admission by consent of the learned Advocates for the respective parties. Admit.
Shri Amol Darekar, the learned Advocate waives notice for the respondent no.1.
Ms. Maldhure, the learned AGP waives notice for the respondent nos.2 and 3.
Civil Application St. No.15925/2013 Issue notice, returnable on 16th March, 2015. Until further orders, there shall be stay to the
execution of the impugned award on condition that the appellant deposits the amount as per the award with the Registry of this Court till 9th March, 2015.
