DATED : 29-08-2022 This is an application preferred by the General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Ambazari, Nagpur which is taken out in Writ Petition 7454/2017 which is already disposed of vide judgment dated 26-8-2019.

This application is preferred seeking direction to co-respondents 4 and 5 and the prayer clause reads thus : "(1) Direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to provide present applicant (respondent No.3) with the seniority list of eligible candidates with complete details including employment provided under Project Affected Project category and address for compliance of order of this Hon'ble Court.

(2) Grant any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper, so that the present applicant may comply with the High Court's order dated 26-8-2019."

We are more than satisfied that such an application ought not to be entertained since the writ petition is finally disposed of.

The application is dismissed.
