The appeal under question is challenging the order dated 28.07.2008 passed in Criminal Case No.4851/2006, by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati, by which the respondent nos.1 and 2 have been acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
