The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have amicably settled the matter out of Court and therefore, filed Criminal Application (APL) No.1344 of 2021 before the Division Bench of this Court for quashing of the First Information Report. The application is also affirmed by the complainant also. The said matter is listed for hearing before the Division Bench after eight weeks from 07/01/2022 so that the parties can remain present before the Court.

In view of above, as the applicant was ordered to be released on interim anticipatory bail, by order dated 16/12/2021, the said order is hereby confirmed. 3.
