Shri Alok Daga, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent no.9 in Writ Petition No.7187/2018. Similarly it is submitted that the correct address of the respondent no.6 is now available.

Hence for the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent nos. 7, 8 and 10 by having a notice published in the local newspaper in the area where they are residing. Notice in that regard is made returnable on 19.08.2019. The petitioners to take necessary steps in that regard. Civil Application is disposed of.
