The counsel for the petitioner has produced a communication received through G-mail.

The said communication dated 19th July, 2018 informs the petitioners that Bar Council of India (Respondent No.5) is granting temporary approval to the petitioner No.2 college for the academic year 2018-19. The G-Mail is taken on record as Exh."A".

In view of this development it is not in dispute before us that name of the petitioner No.2-college can therefore be added to the list of colleges participating in Central Admission Process by respondent No.2. Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to display name of the petitioner No.2 immediately.

In view of this development, as the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, at least for this year, with direction to the respondents, including the respondent No.5, to consider the request of the petitioners for grant of permanent affiliation as per law within next four months, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
