Having considered the argument that during trial, this applicant was on bail and having seen three statements of the complainant/victim out of which the last statement recorded on 11/10/2013, prima facie creating doubt about the reliability of the victim, I am of the view that this applicant can be released on bail by suspending substantive sentence of imprisonment. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and the substantive sentence of imprisonment is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal. Till that time the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the condition that he shall attend this Court as and when required. JUDGE wwl
