DATED : 27/08/2024 1.

The application is for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while releasing the applicants on bail.

2.

After considering the merits of the case and considering the apprehension and as on five occasions the NCs were registered at the instance of the complainant against the present applicants, the condition was imposed that the applicant Nos.1, 2 and 4 shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Beltarodi Police Station, Nagpur city, till the culmination of the trial, except for the trial. 3.

On perusal of the application admittedly trial is not yet commenced therefore, no ground is made out for cancellation of the said condition. It is pertinent to note that said condition is imposed in the background that due to the dispute between the

4.

Accordingly, the application is rejected.
