Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that 13 years girl suffering from the mental disorder is subjected for the sexual assault and the incident is witnessed by the eyewitnesses, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 2.
