DATED : AUGUST 26, 2019 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 127 days in filing accompanying appeal. While issuing notice, this Court had granted ad-interim stay in favour of the applicant / appellant upon deposit of entire decreetal amount. It is not disputed that the amount was deposited and in fact, the respondents / claimants have withdrawn part of the amount.

Considering these facts, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay is condoned.
