The learned counsel for applicants, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge the order before the revisional court.

The withdrawal is strongly objected by learned counsel for respondent. Submission is that since last one year, interim protection is being enjoyed by applicants and now at the fag end, withdrawal may not be permitted.

There is no bar as such. Application being withdrawn stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
