By this application, applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2021 pending before the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division and ACJM, Nagpur, which is field by the nonapplicant itself. 2.

As per the contention of the applicant and non-applicant they are husband and wife. Due to the matrimonial dispute, they are residing separately. Applicant has filed Criminal Application bearing No.14 of 2019 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act before Judicial Magistrate First Class at Pusad. She also field application for grant of maintenance as well as Criminal Revision Application No.17 of 2019 is also pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the applicant that it will be convenient for the parties to litigate the litigation at one place.

Non-applicant has no objection for the same.

Mr. B. P. Sachdev, learned Advocate appearing for the non-applicant submitted that non-applicant has no objection for transferring the Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2021 at Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2021 is to be withdrawn from the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur and to be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad.

Hindu Marriage Petition No.170 of 2021 is transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad from Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur.

The Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
