The learned counsel for the petitioner states that Petition No. A1301 of 2013 came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by the Family Court on19.01.2015. He states that proceedings for restoration of the original petition are pending.

In view of aforesaid the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise challenge to the order dated 02.06.2014 in case the main proceedings are restored.
