Though the matter is fresh, it is not in dispute that the identical orders of same Committee are set aside and the matters are remanded back by this Court to it. Such orders are passed in Writ Petition No. 3143 of 2018 and 75 other connected matters.

Hence, with same observations, conditions and directions, we allow this petition and set aside the order dated 23.05.2018. The petitioner to appear before the Committee on 30.08.2018 and to abide by its directions. No costs.
