Petitioner who has joined employment in October, 2003 is already protected by the order of this Court dated 09.08.2016, and his termination order came to be stayed. He therefore, continues in employment.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent no.1 Committee states that within reasonable time effort to adjudicate his caste claim will be made.

In this situation, we direct respondent no.1 to attempt to complete verification of caste claim of petitioner within a period of one year from today. Interim orders passed by this Court on 09.08.2016, shall continue till then and shall be subject to it. 5.

Writ Petition is, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
