Heard.

In compliance with the order dated 16.9.2015, learned APP for the State upon instructions makes a statement that the applicant has joined the investigation by attending the Police Station and the weapon allegedly used in the commission of crime is already seized by the Investigation Officer. The statement is accepted.

In view of above, I find that the custodial presence of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, this Court passes the following order :-

ORDER

1] The criminal application is allowed.

2] In the event of arrest of the applicant, in .....2/-

aba436.15 connection with Crime No.213 of 2015, registered with Police Station Officer, Police Station Chandur Bazar, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on he executing Personal Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

3] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station twice a week and preferably every Friday and Monday between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, till the charged is filed.

4] Breach of any of the conditions will give rise cause to the prosecution to apply for cancellation of bail.
