The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.251of 2022, registered with Police Station Walgaon, District Amravati, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Shri P.R.Agrawal, learned advocate for the applicant submits that, as there is no specific role attributed to the applicant, his custodial interrogation is not necessary. He further submits that, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the alleged offence. 4.

On the other hand, learned APP strongly opposed the present application and she submits that, the offence is serious and considering the medical report and the other evidence collected by the rkn

I have perused the Case-diary and the application.

The Investigating Officer, during investigation has collected sufficient evidence against the applicant. The medical report corroborates the case of the prosecution. Thus, considering the incriminating material available on record, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation is required in this case. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

The criminal application is rejected.
