DATED : 01-08-2018 The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Crime 191 of 2018 registered with Police Station Samudraur for offence punishable under Sections 65(a) (e), 77(a) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1), 181, 130 and 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

The applicant is in custody since 11-4-2018. The investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed. 3.

Since no other offence is registered against the applicant under the provisions of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, further incarceration of the applicant would not be justified.

The application is allowed.

The applicant shall be released on bail on

2 ba694.18 furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall not indulge in similar offence and breach of this condition shall ip so facto entitle the prosecution to seek cancellation of bail.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
