After the appeal against disqualification as a Sarpanch of Village Panchayat preferred by the petitioner was dismissed without assigning reasons, this Court vide order dated 26/06/2025 quashed and set aside the order of the Government i.e. the impugned order in Writ Petition No.3184/2025 and remanded the matter to the State Government for deciding afresh by continuing the order of interim relief till 03/07/2025. 3.

We are informed that neither the appeal is heard nor the interim relief is continued by the State Government inspite of the petitioner having mentioned the matter before the said Authority. 4.

In the aforesaid backdrop, we are of the view that the petition can be disposed of by passing the following order : (a) The appeal preferred by the petitioner be decided by the respondent No.1 as directed by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 25/06/2025 in Writ Petition No.3184/2025 within a period of six months from today.

(b) We direct the interim relief to continue till the said appeal proceedings is decided.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
