By this writ petition, the petitioner, who was the original applicant in Misc. Criminal Case No. 102/2024 (Rafick Vs. Rojina), challenged the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pauni, dated 30/07/2024, by which the Police Station Officer of Police Station Adyal was directed to take possession of Two Zullas, which they had given to the applicant without specific order. Subsequent to the filing of this petition, the applicant has filed an application before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, contending that he does not want to proceed with the case and also filed a Pursis to that effect vide Exhibit

49. In view of that, the original application was disposed of by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, observing that if the non-applicant therein is having any grievance, she can file appropriate proceedings to claim her right and thereby dispose of the application.

Considering that, the impugned order was challenged in the writ petition, directing the Police Officer Adyal to take possession of Two Zullas, and subsequent to that the applicant has withdrawn the application. Nothing remains in this petition, in view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order.

The criminal writ petition is disposed of.
