Heard.

We find petitioner unable to point out any wrong finding on fact or any violation of principles of natural justice. The learned teacher who evaluated his answer paper earlier clearly stated that zero marks were given to all answers and after reevaluation, marks were corrected as "56".

Proceedings recorded after remand by this Court, reveal same finding. Petitioner could not cross-examine that teacher and has also not raised a contention before this Court that answers given by him could not have been awarded zero marks. He has also not urged that 56 marks given to him may be ignored. In this situation, we find no case made out warranting intervention.

The petition is rejected.
