Both the counsel of the respective parties have made a joint request that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia to pass the judgment within stipulated period, as the appeal before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia is fixed for argument. 2.

In view of the request of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No. 38 of 2016 expeditiously, in any case, on or before 16th July, 2024.

In the meantime, the interim order dated 2nd August, 2023 shall continue.

The writ petition is disposed of.
