This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 26/9/2012 passed by the Ad hoc District Judge-II, Washim in Land Acquisition Case No.2/2007.

It appears that the appellant has deposited the enhanced compensation to the tune of Rs.13,48,651/- on 14/9/2018. The appellant has also filed affidavit to that effect as per the order of this Court passed on 5/9/2018. In view of deposit of the entire amount by the appellant, the impugned judgment and award dated 26/9/2012 passed by the Ad hoc District Judge-II, Washim in
