By this Writ Petition, the petitioners seeks a direction against the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take action against the respondent no.3 for fabricating the order dated 12.8.2014 with a view to secure the benefit of the same. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that on 07.02.2018 the District Supply Officer, Washim has served the show-cause notice on the respondent no.3, asking him to show-cause as to why action should not be taken against the respondent no.3 to cancel the allotment of the fair price shop. It is stated that an appropriate action would be taken against the respondent no.3 in pursuance of the initiation of the enquiry.

In view of the statements made on behalf of the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner should stand

redressed.

Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with the direction against the respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent no.3 if it is found that the respondent no.3 had forged the order dated 12.08.2014.

Order accordingly. No costs.
