DATE : November 29, 2021 The applicant has filed Criminal Application No.163/2021 seeking continuation of the interim relief that was granted on 31/07/2015. It is informed that the proceedings before the trial Court are now kept on 03/12/2021. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 seeks time to file reply to this application. Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending in this Court since long, it would be in the interests of justice if the criminal writ petition itself is finally heard. Hence the criminal writ petition is fixed for hearing on 06/12/2021. Till Criminal Application No.163/2021 is decided, the interim relief that was granted on 31/07/2015 shall continue to operate.
