In all these Contempt Petitions the counsel for the respondents-contemnors has handed over the cheques drawn in the name of each of the petitioners towards refund of excess amount accepted by them.

The counsel for the contempt petitioners submits that the cheques are accepted without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners. Special Leave Petition preferred by the respondentMHADA is informed to have been disposed of as is reflected in the affidavit-in-reply.
