This application is moved seeking a limited relaxation of the condition of bail.

That the applicants were directed to deposit their respective passport with the Investigating Officer, as a condition of bail.

The applicant 3 submits that his passport is expiring on 01.11.2021 and therefore, the same may be returned to him for the limited purpose of renewal. The applicant 3 undertakes to deposit the renewed passport with the Investigating Officer within seven days of the receipt of the renewed passport.

The request is reasonable.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1) and (2) which read thus:
1.
Allow the application and relax the condition no. (i) in the order dated 12.03.2018 in Criminal Bail Application No.142/2018 till the renewal of passport of the Applicant No.3.
2.
Further direct the investigation agency to return the passport of the Applicant No. 3.
Subject to the condition that the renewed passport shall be re-deposited with the Investigating Officer within seven days of its receipt.
