The petitioners/ employer take exception to the order passed by the Industrial Court by which the complaint filed by the respondent No.1 employee is allowed. By the impugned order passed on 18th June, 2015 the employer is directed to regularize the services of the respondent No.1-employee in Class-IV cadre from the date of the order i.e. from 18th June, 2015 and to give all the benefits of the permanent employee.

The Industrial Court has summed up its conclusions in paragraph 15 of the impugned order. The petitioners have not been able to show that the conclusions of the Industrial Court suffer from any patent illegality or perversity which necessitates interference by this Court in the extraordinary jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
