Advocate Shri De for petitioner submits that on account of subsequent increases in strength of students, the respondent No.2-Management is in a position to accommodate petitioner as also respondent No.4 simultaneously. Accordingly a representation has been already sent to respondent No.1 by respondent No.2. Today he has filed an additional affidavit annexing with it the copy of said representation.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Kale states that he is not aware of all these facts and he is seeking time of two weeks to obtain further instructions in the matter.
Advocate Shri Thakre for respondent No.4 points out that respondent No.4 is already continuing in service without any objection.
wp4869.13 2/2 As the statement is coming from petitioner and petitioner has also produced before Court a copy of representation forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.1, we direct respondent No.1 to look into said representation in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today. If necessary, opportunity of hearing shall be given to the parties.
The decision in this respect shall be communicated within time as mentioned supra.
