Criminal Application (APPR) No.237/2019 This is application filed by the respondents on behalf of two children for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court, as per order dated 26.03.2019.

By order dated 26.03.2019, this court has directed to clear all the arrears of maintenance in four installments. The learned counsel submits that the amount deposited by way of first installment has been withdrawn by them. However, now the second to four installments amount remain to be withdrawn. Learned advocate for the applicant has no objection for the same.

In view thereof, the following order is passed : The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant by way of second to four installments towards the arrears of the maintenance, in this Court. The application stands disposed of.
