The appellant is seeking for suspension of executive of sentence. The appellant is convicted for offence punishable under Sections

Order 14apeal457 294 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The Trial Court has imposed sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 months for offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months for offence punishable under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code. Besides that, fine of Rs. 500/- has been imposed. During trial, the appellant was on bail and post conviction, the Trial Court has suspended the executive of substantive sentence. Fine amount is deposited in the Trial Court.

Having regard to the quantum of sentence, execution of substantive sentence stands suspended till the final disposal of appeal. In the meantime, appellant shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the Trial Court.
