Applicants moved this application to withdraw an amount of Rs. 26,33,509/- deposited by respondent No.1, for which learned Date is corrected as per order dtd 10.09.2025.

counsel for respondents has given no objection as the first appeal was already disposed of on 11.07.2024.

In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, as per the Award.

Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, into the bank account of the respective applicants, as per the Award, within six weeks, on their furnishing bank account details to the Registry. 5.

By filing a reply, respondent No.1 undertakes to deposit the interest amount to the tune of Rs. 16,83,691/- in this Court, within four weeks. The statement made in the affidavit is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
