This application is filed for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.469 of 2011 which came to be dismissed for default since none was present for the petitioner on 9.7.2018.

Having considering the subject matter of the petition which involves quashing of F.I.R. registered on the basis of complaint lodged by non-applicant no.2 and since the petition was admitted on grant of interim relief, we allow the application as even, according to the grounds mentioned therein, case is made out for restoration of the Writ Petition. In the circumstances, the application stands disposed of since allowed. Writ Petition No.469 of 2011 is restored to file of this Court. It be shown in the caption of 'final hearing'
