The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that, the order below Exh.17, which is impugned in the present writ petition, though not complied with by the petitioner, within the time stipulated by the learned trial court, but it is complied with as per the direction of this Court.

It is submitted that, as far as the arrears of interim maintenance is concerned, the same has been deposited for the period till end of June, 2023. However, non-compliance of further part of the impugned order, is concerned, the petitioner undertakes that he shall continue to pay the same as per order below Exh.13 dated 19.09.2022.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order:

i) The writ petition is partly allowed.

ii) Clause 2 of the impugned order dated 15.06.2023, is hereby quashed and set aside Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
