After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Considering that the victim has sustained injury on her neck which according to the Medical Officer is grievous in nature. Considering the circumstances, the applicant has caused injury to himself and his wife. At this stage, no case is made out for grant of bail. 3.

The leaned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same.

The criminal application is disposed of.
