During pendency of the proceedings, the parties have settled their dispute. Terms of compromise are reproduced in C.A.W. No.2027 of 2019. The civil application is signed by the petitioner nos.1 and 2 and respondent nos.10 and 11 who are the contesting parties. Their learned counsel have also signed the application. Hence, the proceedings are disposed of in terms of compromise. Needless to state that the terms of compromise would be binding on the parties who have signed the compromise. Civil Application (W) No.2027 of 2019 is disposed of. The Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs.
